Fried Gram is the main product processed
out of "Bengal Gram" as raw material. Bengal Gram is a natural Agricultural Crop. Bengal Gram is widely grown in India, West Bengal, Australia and other tropical regions. The Bengal Gram is used for consumption in Indian Foods mainly in various forms and a special snack for seasonal festivals of India . In foods like dhall, curry, ready mix, evening snacks, packed snacks and many other products are made out of Bengal Gram. The Fried Gram is mainly used for South Indian side dishes for break fast and snacks.
